SHORTCUT Amar and Anna

BBC2, 9pm Saga (Sofia Helin) is in therapy for the first time. It’s a wonder this hasn’t come sooner.

“I’m not well,” she says. “Some form of post-traumatic stress disorder.”

The therapist wants to know exactly what happened, then gets more than she bargained for.

It’s almost comedic as Saga reels everything off. Her mum had Munchausen by proxy and nearly killed her sister. Saga sent her parents to prison, then her sister killed herself at C4, 8pm

EVERYONE wants to get fit fast – it’s just the small matter of exercising that gets in the way. If we could do it from our sofas, we’d sign up in our droves.

14. Her boss and friend was murdered. Her mum returned, then killed herself but made it look as if she murdered her. She’s been locked up in prison for just over a year.

Oh and – on top of all that – she was stabbed in the neck with a broken table tennis bat.

“We’ve got a bit to work with,” says the therapist, who looks like she’s been punched in the face.

Later on, Saga may even have more to add to her list of woes when the case causes difficulties between her and Henrik.
