The OnePlus 6 launches with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage for your £469, or you can jump up to 8GB/128GB at £519 or opt for 8GB/256GB for £569.

Those prices are more than OnePlus has ever charged, but they’re still reasonable considering what other phone companies are asking.

There have been some big design changes. This model has an iPhone X-style notch to give you a 6.28-inch screen inside the body of a 5.5-inch phone. Unlike Apple though, OnePlus has kept the 3.5mm headphone jack. The camera’s low light performance has been improved and there’s also image stabilisation and slow-motion for video recording. There are a few missing items such as full waterproofing, microSD expansion or wireless charging, but this helps keep the cost down. Overall the OnePlus 6 is a really tempting phone. An excellent purchase for the savvy shopper.
