Panthers tie up Hughes

NOTTINGHAM have signed former New York Ranger defenceman Tommy Hughes.

The Canadian, 26, has agreed to join the Elite League Panthers from American Hockey League Hershey Bears, having spent four seasons with Hartford Wolf Pack.
