I WILL ANNIHILATE JOSHUA & WILDER
Fury’s nightmares because he hasn’t ‘smashed up’ rival champs
TYSON FURY has vowed to “annihilate” rivals Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.
On Saturday, Fury finally returns after two and a half years out of the ring and the former world heavyweight king, free of his mental-health issues, is back to his trash-talking best.
The 29-year-old is completely dismissive of Joshua, who holds the WBA Super, IBF and WBO titles, and WBC champ Wilder.
Fury claims he would “smash” up both of the unbeaten champions and says he is having “nightmares” because he has not been able to fight them yet.
“Yep, I have nightmares about these guys,” said unbeaten Fury, who takes on Albanian cruiserweight Sefer Seferi at the Manchester Arena at the weekend.
“The nightmares consist of me looking at them and wanting to smash their faces right in, but not having the opportunity to do so.
“When I do get the opportunity to do so, I will annihilate them both.
“It’s all serious. I can’t sleep at night thinking about these bums all the time. I’m thinking about putting my fist through the side of AJ’s jaw daily.
“I’m thinking about knocking Wilder spark out, all 15st of him, putting him upside down in a heap on the floor. I can’t sleep thinking about all this.
“I am the greatest of my time, this is my era. I have already beaten the legendary Wladimir Klitschko and, guess what, I did it easy, it was an easy fight. So put me in the ring with these bums and I’ll show you how to put them down. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!”
Fury says anyone who doubts his claims should look at what he did to Klitschko in his last fight.
Few gave him any chance against the then world heavyweight king before he completely outsmarted him in front of 55,000 in Dusseldorf in November 2015.
Fury made another prediction for when he fights Joshua, who holds his three old crowns – he vowed to hit him with six successive left hooks during the fight.
“What did I tell you I was going to do to Wladimir in Germany?” he said.
“Whatever I say is bang on the nail and when I say I’m going to beat Joshua and Wilder, I tell you I’m going to make it look easy as well.
“I tell you this, I will hit Joshua with six left hooks in the finisher. At one point in that fight I will hit him with six left hooks in a row. You heard it here first and I won’t settle until I do. Six in a row just to do outdo Roy Jones.”
