FULHAM IN MADD RUSH FOR JAMES
PREMIER LEAGUE new-boys Fulham have joined the race to capture Norwich City starlet James Maddison. The attacking midfielder, 21, bagged 14 goals and eight assists for the Canaries last term as they finished 14th in the Championship. Norwich’s parachute payments expire this summer following top-flight relegation in 2016 and they are set to cash in on Maddison (left) to raise funds. Leicester are keen, too, while the Canaries have had interest from big guns such as Manchester City, Liverpool and Spurs. Southampton are also expected to rival Fulham for the player who can leave Carrow Road for around £25million.
