Son killed mum, 68, who said tea was ‘not milky enough’
A MAN admitted killing his own mum after an argument over a cup of tea.
Thomas Westwood, repeatedly stabbed Susan Westwood at her home.
The unemployed killer was arrested after officers found the 68-year-old with multiple stab wounds.
A postmortem revealed Susan had been stabbed 17 times.
Westwood, 46, claimed there was a heated row after he made a KILLER Thomas Westwood cup of tea which his mum said was “not milky enough”. He said she bullied him every day and had attacked him with a knife first, at the house in Coventry. Susan’s family said: “We have been left devastated and heartbroken at the loss of Susan. She was a loving mum, nan, sister, auntie and friend, who will be missed so much.” At Leamington Spa Justice Centre, Warks, Westwood pleaded guilty to manslaughter. He faces sentence in August.
