Mum’s plea as son has seizure after cannabis oil confiscate­d

ILL Murray with Karen KAREN Gray is desperate for the law on cannabis oil to be changed to help her son Murray.

He has severe epilepsy and takes five different medicines which struggle to control his spasms.

The mum-of-three from Edinburgh has joined the Families 4 Access campaign to get cannabis oil prescribed.

Karen said: “Britain is the biggest exporter of medicinal cannabis. Why does it only become medicinal at the point it is shipped abroad?

“We are not going to go away and we’re not going to back down.”

Murray, five, has been having around 12 seizures a month since December.

A SEVERELY epileptic boy had a potentiall­y fatal seizure after his medical cannabis oil was confiscate­d by officials.
