Hairy Biker’s wake up call lost him 4st
DAVE Myers has lost four stone after a bout of pneumonia acted as a “wake-up call” to change his life.
The Hairy Bikers star, 61, was nearly 19st last year but currently weighs under 15st and said: “I am not morbidly obese now.
“I might feel like a male Adonis if I get to 14st.”
Dave added: “I always lose weight by cutting all the carbs out. I just calorie count and knock the booze on the head and then watch the scales to see the weight come off.”
His pneumonia made him realise he had to take things easy. “Now I’ve been very healthy,” he added.
