FRANKIE DETTORI is William Hill’s evens favourite (from 1-5) to scoop the top jockey award, with Ryan Moore 5-4 (from 100-30).

Dettori did not have a winner yesterday.

John Gosden is 4-5 to be leading trainer, ahead of Aidan O’Brien (7-4).

CHARLIE HILLS fears a lack of experience could be favourite Equilateral’s undoing in the Commonwealth Cup tomorrow.

The Equiano colt, who faces 21 rivals, has had just three races and Hills said: “If there is a negative, that’s it — 22 runners, a big field, and experience is a big thing.”

“He had a problem last year and that held him back.”
