A SINGLE binge drinking session may make it harder to sleep for the rest of your life, researchers warn.
Experiments on mice by the University of Missouri-Columbia in the US found alcohol affected the ENT1 gene, which controls sleep.
So binge drinking could trigger insomnia for life.
