Chris: Rip up decking and save wildlife
CHRIS Packham wants gardeners to rip up their decking to help wildlife.
The TV naturalist, 57, says we should put in more plants and flowers.
He added: “What use is a lawn? Use your imagination to make your garden friendly for wildlife.”
The presenter is visiting 50 sites across Britain in a “bioblitz” campaign.
He said: “It’s about looking in fields, on verges, in allotments, in community spaces and gardens where nature can prosper if it has an opportunity.”
