A YOUNG England fan has a night to remember as Raheem Sterling poses for a snap after the semi-final loss to Croatia – before handing him his shirt.
Harry O’Leary, eight, is now back in North London and shared a shot wearing the top. He said: “It was the best day of my life. Even when I’m old I will never forget it.”
Dad Ryan, 43, added: “It was a lovely gesture and one Harry will remember for ever. To do something like that when you’ve just lost a World Cup semi shows real class.”
Mum Barbara, 41, was also at the Moscow game with Ryan, Harry and his brother Thomas, 13. She said: “They loved it, despite the devastating defeat.”
