High Court rejects challenge to NHS prescription ban

A legal challenge by the British Homeopathic Association to the NHS England guidance stating that GPs shouldn’t prescribe homeopathic treatments has been rejected by the High Court. Guidance last November recommended GPs shouldn’t prescribe homeopathic remedies to new patients and that doctors should be supported in stopping such treatments.
