Eat bananas and garlic
Forget expensive superfoods, the simple (and cheap) combination of bananas and garlic can have significant health benefits.
A study by mental health charity Mind found that the serotonin in bananas can alleviate symptoms of depression. Indian researchers also discovered that eating two bananas a day for one week can reduce your blood pressure by 10%. Meanwhile, a study in the US found that eating garlic improves circulation. Of course, you don’t have to eat them together!
