FORGET yoga – real relaxation is the sight of butterflie­s in a sunny garden.

Sir David Attenborou­gh is backing the Big Butterfly Count, urging people to spend the next three weeks recording those we see.

The BBC broadcaste­r said: “Nature offers breathing space from the stresses of life.”
