Sun is shining on Oz’s Scott

- FROM NEIL McLEMAN

ADAM SCOTT wants Fanny Sunesson to carry him into Carnoustie contention this weekend – and is happy for the Swede to stay as his caddie.

The former Masters champion has slumped to world No.82 after making only one top-10 finish this season.

But the Aussie persuaded Nick Faldo’s former caddie (above with Scott) to come out of retirement for Carnoustie and Scott made the cut after rounds of 70 and 71. “It’s been going great,” said the ex-world No.2. “Fanny’s obviously a fantastic caddie, and to be able to have that experience with me is certainly comforting.”
