Of course she’s entitled to a social life outside of your relationship, but if it’s getting to the point where you barely see her and it’s affecting things between you, then you need to talk about it. Ask her how she would feel if you were behaving in the same way – I doubt she’d be happy about it.

You could suggest taking a break from the relationship to figure out if it’s really what you both want, but you have to accept that one or both of you might not want to return to it.
