LARGE numbers of people struggle to claim benefit through Universal Credit.

A study showed more than a third of those Citizens Advice helped found it hard to provide evidence on a range of issues.

Gillian Guy, of CA, said: “A significant minority struggle to navigate Universal Credit.”
