Trump tapes reveal ‘cash’

DONALD Trump was recorded talking about paying cash for an ex-Playboy model’s story that she had a 10-month affair with him.

Mr Trump was secretly taped by his former lawyer Michael Cohen discussing buying the rights to Karen McDougal’s story from publishers two months before his victory in 2016.

The mention of cash contradicts claims by Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani that the US leader said he should send a cheque so it could be documented.
