Convict-turned-model Meeks shared the holiday photo as the couple celebrated their one-year anniversary in Turkey. Chloe, 27, daughter of clothing tycoon Philip, wrote on another snap: “Back to where our love story began… stronger than ever.”
Chloe and Meeks, 34, have a nine-week-old son, Jayden.
