Doorstep car rage attack kills dad-of-2
A DAD-OF-TWO was killed on his own doorstep in a spontaneous roadrage attack, police believe.
Stephen Walsh, 37, was assaulted after his Lexus hit a gold estate car near his home on Sunday night at around 10pm.
The driver, in his 20s, is thought to have followed him and attacked when he answered the door.
He was found dead from head injuries at 5.55am.
Neighbours in Mapperley, Notts, said the building foreman had just moved into the house with his partner.
Det Chief Insp Hayley Williams of Nottinghamshire Police appealed to the white male suspect: “I don’t think you planned this. It would be much better if you come forward. If you don’t, we’ll find you.”
