Ross is rather chipper – for the first time in ages. But this is not a good thing. The reason is his latest dodgy deal. He’s found a buyer for the stolen cars and brushes off Pete’s questions. But later on, Pete finds out and confronts Ross over the cars, unaware that the police are waiting to pounce outside.
Elsewhere, Lydia is having a biopsy and Sam is worried sick. “There’s no point in speculating,” says Lydia. But Sam works himself into a state.

Another day, another round of emotional turmoil. Jean pleads with Hayley to contact the father of her baby, but she reveals he thinks she had an abortion. Jean decides to go Miss Marple and figure out who the dad is.
Meanwhile, Jay is taken with new housemate Jessica, but Billy has his suspicions about her.
And elsewhere, Mick and Tina have a visitor with some important news about the situation with Stuart. The plot thickens.
