New research has found that nearly half of working Brits (48%) do nothing to relieve work stress outside the office ,citing lack of time or money as the biggest obstacles.

However, the poll from learning marketplace Obby.co.uk also found that of those who do take steps to de-stress from work, 35% choose spending time with family and friends to relax.
