United have also dismissed interest from Barcelona and insist Pogba will not be sold.

But Juve won’t admit defeat and could try to use midfielder Miralem Pjanic, 28, (right) as part of a cash-plus-player deal.

Pogba – back in training – is known to be open to a possible transfer prior to the deadline.
