Sean Penn
Milk star Sean Penn, 57, divorced actress Robin Wright, 53, after a rocky 14 years of marriage in 2010.
Just months after they announced their split, Sean enjoyed a short-lived fling with a younger blonde, movie star Scarlett Johansson – who, at 33, is 19 years younger than Robin.
Sean then got engaged to, and later split from, another blonde Hollywood star, Charlize Theron, who is 43.
Ronan Keating
The Irish singer, 41, controversially split from Yvonne Connolly, 44, the mother of his three children, in 2010 after it emerged he had been having an affair with blonde dancer Francine Cornell, who was 13 years younger than his wife.
Their divorce was finalised in 2015. That same year, the former Boyzone star married Australian model Storm Uechtritz, who shares Yvonne’s leggy stature and glossy blonde looks.
And, at 36, she is eight years younger than Ronan’s ex-wife.
Ashton Kutcher
Actor Ashton Kutcher, 40, married Demi Moore – who, at 55, is 15 years his senior – in 2005. It followed Demi’s divorce from Die Hard star Bruce Willis, 63, after 13 years of marriage. But the pair split seven years later, in 2012.
Ashton began dating actress Mila Kunis, 34 – his former co-star in the sitcom That ‘70s Show – later that year.
The couple married in 2015 and now have two children together.
Both actresses are known for their striking good looks and raven hair, while Mila is 21 years younger than Demi.
Ryan Phillippe
Real-life lovebirds Ryan Phillippe, 43, and Reese Witherspoon, 42, became Hollywood royalty for their sizzling chemistry in 1999 teen romance Cruel Intentions. They married that year, and went on to have two children together.
Following their divorce in 2007, Ryan had an on-off relationship with Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried, 32.
Amanda shares Reese’s fresh-faced good looks and striking blonde mane, and is a decade younger than his ex.
Johnny Depp
Pirates of the Caribbean actor Johnny Depp split from Vanessa Paradis, 45, the mother of his two children, in 2012.
Three years later Johnny, 55, married Vanessa’s younger lookalike Amber Heard, whose golden tresses and sculpted cheekbones are similar to those of his French actress ex.
At 32, Amber is 13 years younger than Vanessa. Aquaman star Amber filed for divorce from Johnny in 2016, claiming that he had assaulted her.
Rowan Atkinson
Blackadder star Rowan Atkinson, 63, split from his wife of 24 years, make-up artist Sunetra Sastry, 61, in 2014.
He later moved in with The Windsors actress Louise Ford, also a brunette.
At 34, Louise is closer in age to Rowan’s two children with Sunetra – Benjamin, 25, and Lily, 23 – than to his ex-wife, who 27 years Louise’s senior.
In November last year, it was reported that Rowan and Louise were expecting a baby together.
Chris Martin
Following Chris Martin’s “conscious uncoupling” from Gwyneth Paltrow, 45, in 2014, the Coldplay frontman, now 41, enjoyed a fling with another blonde American actress, Jennifer Lawrence.
At 27, the Hunger Games and Red Sparrow star is 18 years younger than Chris’s Oscar-winning ex.
Sharon Stone
Movie legend Sharon Stone married the American journalist Phil Bronstein, 67, in 1998.
However, the couple divorced after six years, and the Basic Instinct star traded Phil in for a much younger model, Martin Mica, 31. With the same thick, dark hair and brooding good looks, Martin is 36 years Phil’s junior and could be mistaken for his son.
