Zaha: I’m all yours, Hodgson

- BY ADRIAN KAJUMBA

WILFRIED ZAHA insists he is committed to Crystal Palace – and confirmed a new deal is on the agenda.

Boss Roy Hodgson has held onto £70million-rated talisman Zaha despite strong interest from Chelsea, Everton and Borussia Dortmund.

The Eagles are desperate to extend their forward’s contract, though he turned down their opening offer of £125,000 a week.

But a move to a bigger club did not materialise and Zaha, 25, put his future to one side to score in Palace’s winning start to the season at Fulham.

He said: “All that stuff was not going to affect me or how the team were playing. Whatever happens, happens.

“But I’m all Palace and you can see on the pitch that all I think about is the team doing well.”

On contract talks, he added: “We are still speaking, still negotiating. Just going to see if we can come to an agreement.”
