We all wish Katie a triumphant tango

Lovely to hear Katie Piper announced as the first contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. I’ve met Katie a few times and she always comes across as warm, bubbly and friendly.

She hasn’t let herself be defined as a victim of an acid attack – instead she is the definition of triumph over adversity. I hope she goes a long way on the show.
