BAYERN WANT TOBY WHEN THE BOAT GOES OUT

TOBY ALDERWEIRE­LD could be offered a route out of Tottenham this month by Bayern Munich.

The centre-back (left) is on the German club’s shortlist of possible replacemen­ts for Jerome Boateng.

Germany star Boateng has agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain, which would create

before suffering his injury. It is believed KDB caught his studs on the turf of one of City’s training pitches.

The club said in a statement: “Kevin is undergoing tests on his right knee after sustaining an injury in training on Wednesday.

“The extent of the problem is not yet known and we will bring you further updates on Kevin’s condition in due course.”

The 27-year-old’s loss is a significan­t setback for the club. He will miss key games versus Liverpool at Anfield (October 7) and Tottenham away (October 28).

He will also be out for most of City’s Champions League group campaign.
