NO SOAP OPERA, CORRY

-

BLACKBURN midfielder Corry Evans returns to former club Hull today – but he doesn’t expect a warm welcome.

The 28-year-old played 97 times for the Tigers over a three-year spell before moving to Ewood Park in 2013.

Evans (left) said: “I was a young boy when I was at Hull. It must be five or six years ago now so it’s been quite a while. I don’t think there are any players in their squad still there from my time.

“I had good times at Hull though and I’m looking forward to going back.”

Tony Mowbray’s Rovers are bubbling following their 5-1 League Cup demolition of Carlisle.

And Hull must beware in-form Bradley Dack, who scored twice in midweek.
