Today’s photo shows singing Beatles drummer Ringo Starr during a performance in Las Vegas. The “Fab Four” performed two shows for 11,000 fans at the city’s convention centre – the only venue big enough to accommodate such a large audience. The group stayed at the Sahara Hotel and Casino, which was besieged by adoring fans as the Sheriff’s deputies warned, over loudspeakers, that anyone under 18 would be arrested.
