Harry will hit the Hamilton stage to raise charity cash
PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle will be in the audience for the awardwinning musical Hamilton in support of the Duke’s charity Sentebale.
The Broadway blockbuster about the founding fathers of America has been praised for its use of non-white actors.
The event on September 4 at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London will raise funds for Sentebale, which Harry founded with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006 following the royal’s gap year to the southern African nation. Afterwards Harry and Lin-Manuel Miranda, who wrote the show, will talk about work with young people affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana. A royal source said: “The evening will be a great chance to raise the profile of Harry’s charity and Meghan is a huge supporter of the arts.”
