Repay let-off for fraudster

A MAN who stole £125,000 from an old couple must pay back less than a fifth.

Seth Proctor, 55, handled the victims’ finances after they went into care.

He got a suspended 20-month jail term last year for theft but Proctor, of Margate, Kent, has been told to repay just £21,600.
