WALTERS DITCHED BY DYCHE

JONATHAN WALTERS is leaving Burnley after Sean Dyche confirmed the club have received offers for the striker. Walters, 34, has only made two starts for the Clarets since his £3million switch from Stoke last summer. And Dyche is letting him go because the striker does not feature in his first-team plans. Walters (left) is desperate to play more but has been left out of Burnley’s squad for their Europa League qualifier against Olympiakos tonight. Dyche said: “A couple of clubs have been in contact and we will see where that one goes.”
