But subs Lee Gregory and Aiden O’Brien (above) stepped off the bench to do the trick.

Gregory made it 2-2 after 83 minutes from a Jiri Skalak cross before O’Brien diverted the ball home – and take Millwall into the third round of the competition for the first time since 2011.
