BIELSA KILLING TIME

PONTUS JANSSON claims Marcelo Bielsa is “almost killing” the Leeds players with his painstaking analysis.

The Sweden defender said boss Bielsa (right) refuses to let the players relax – and even made them sit through a 90-minute debrief after their 2-2 draw at Swansea last week. Leeds are top of the Championship and face secondplaced Middlesbrough tonight. And Jansson said: “Marcelo and his staff don’t want us to relax. They are on us every day. After the Swansea game we had a 90-minute meeting with Marcelo and he killed us almost. It was a good wake-up though as we then beat Norwich 3-0 – so it shows he will always keep us on our toes.”
