Warnock gets off the bus

UNAI EMERY has told Mesut Ozil he will play wherever Arsenal need him as the new Gunners coach demanded more from his German star.

The £42million playmaker was subbed off from his central role in his last appearance against Chelsea, before being declared ill ahead of last weekend’s victory over West Ham.

After a difficult week in which Ozil was publicly attacked by his former Germany coach Joachim Loew, Emery declared his star fit to return for tomorrow’s visit to Cardiff.

But the Spaniard said his No.10, who was always indulged by Arsene Wenger, would not always be playing NEIL WARNOCK has promised never to ‘park the bus’, despite Cardiff’s daunting September fixture list.

City face Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in their next three games, but manager Warnock (left) said: “I want to do the best we can to give them a game in the other half, as well as our own half. We’d get beat anyhow if we just sat back, so we want to give the fans something to cheer.

“There’s going to be times when we’ll be stuck in our own half, without trying to be! Every game we’ve been in, we could have won. We’ve just got to enjoy it.”
