A night of violence & foul abuse
TWO youths were punched, kicked and stamped on by Peet, then 17, Bailey DiCaprio, 19, and Kristian Hearne, 18.
Soon after the violence outside an off-licence at Sacriston, Co Durham, Peet threatened and abused staff at a Chinese takeaway in nearby Witton Gilbert – and left without paying.
Peet was 18 by the time he was sentenced at Durham crown court in March, 2017, two months after the offences. He, DiCaprio and
Hearne each admitted affray relating to the Sacriston assault, while Peet also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words and behaviour arising from the takeaway incident.
The violent yob was given an eight-month sentence, suspended for two years, during which he had to perform 150 hours of unpaid work.
