Danish threat to snub Wales
WALES’ game in Denmark on Sunday has been thrown into chaos because of a major row in the host nation.
Denmark stars – including Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen and Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel – have threatened to snub the match against Ryan Giggs’ men.
Senior players, who reached the last 16 of the World Cup, are at loggerheads over commercial rights.
Now the Danish FA are set to select lower-league players against Slovakia and Wales in the Nations League.
