NAPOLI president Aurelio De Laurentiis will demand an explanation from UEFA for the “disaster” of drawing Liverpool in the Champions League.

The Reds were in pot three despite reaching last season’s final and De Laurentiis, who would have been much happier with any of the other seven teams Napoli could have drawn, said: “Liverpool, the finalists, are in pot three? It is a disastrous anomaly. We are bitter and I will ask for an explanation from UEFA.”
