Drugs test order for Mel
MEL B has been ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing as part of the custody arrangement for seven-year-old daughter Madison.
Madison’s dad Stephen Belafonte, 43, won temporary custody after former nanny Rusty Updegraff claimed Mel’s kids were at risk due to her boozing, which she denies.
At Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, Judge Mark Juhas ordered the America’s Got Talent judge to undergo random testing for four months as part of the custody agreement with her ex.
Under the deal, neither Spice Girl Mel, 43, nor film producer Belafonte can take drugs or alcohol for eight hours before or during the time they have custody of Madison.
