Queen’s Freddie Mercury is pictured on stage at Wembley Arena on his 38th birthday with guitarist Brian May (left). After the sell-out gig, the famously extravagant Bohemian Rhapsody singer hosted a party for 500 friends, including actor John Hurt, at the Xenon nightclub in London’s Picadilly where he celebrated with a five-foot long birthday cake in the shape of a vintage Rolls-Royce.
