Pogba stirs up his future again with a Barca hint
PAUL POGBA has refused to rule out quitting Manchester United for Barcelona “in the next months”. The France midfielder (above, facing Germany last night) has agreed a truce with Old Trafford boss Jose Mourinho after being denied a move to Barca this summer, as revealed by Mirror Sport. But the strained relationship between the pair means the £89million star will push for a move next summer – with the World Cup winner admitting he can give no guarantees he will remain at United beyond the end of this season. Interviewed by Sky Sports Germany, 25-year-old giant Pogba said: “My future is currently in Manchester, I still have a contract, I’m playing there at the moment.
“But who knows what’s going to happen in the next few months?”
When his difficult relationship with manager Mourinho was put to him, Pogba nodded before saying: “We have a pure coach-player relationship, that’s right.
“One thing I can assure you – I will always give 100 per cent, no matter which coach.
”I always give everything for United, I cannot say more.”
