CAL CRUTCHLOW has called for Romano Fenati to be given a life ban after he pulled a rival’s brake lever during a race.

Fenati has been handed a two-race suspension after he leaned across to Stefano Manzi’s bike and pulled the lever when the pair were doing 140mph during yesterday’s San Marino MotoGP (above).

Andrea Dovizioso won the race and Crutchlow, who came third, said: “He should never race again.

“To grab the brake lever on the straight, he deserves to just be kicked straight out.”
