Juncker slams PM’s Brexit plans

JEAN-Claude Juncker has rubbished Theresa May’s Brexit plan in his annual state-of-the-union address.

The PM’s blueprint calls for the UK to stay in a free trade zone — but the EC President, right, said: “If you leave the union, you are no longer part of our single market — and certainly not only in parts of it.” He added: “Brexit risks making the border more visible in Northern Ireland, it is not the EU.”
