We always take our little Shih Tzu, Lola, with us whenever we go away, but are never allowed to take her into motorway service stations when we need to stop.

This means one of us has to stay in the car or wait outside while the other uses the facilities.

I appreciate dogs aren’t allowed into food places, however, it would nice if there could be an area where we could eat and drink with our pet. Sue Bennett Lydney, Glos

I’m glad that this year’s Strictly Come Dancing doesn’t include any A-List celebrities.

For once, perhaps the contestants will be judged on their dancing ability and not on the size of their fan base.
