I absolutely love ITV’s new drama Strangers. John Simm is brilliant as Professor Jonah Mulray, whose world is torn apart after learning about his wife’s double life following her mysterious death in a car crash in Hong Kong. The rest of the cast, including Emilia Fox as British Consulate worker Sally Porter, are also excellent.

I am intrigued to discover what twists and turns are in store as Jonah is drawn deeper into this conspiracy.

I like Channel 4’s Bang on Budget, presented by Lucy Alexander and Harry Hoffen. This home makeover show gives great ideas to get luxury for less and I love seeing the amazing transformation of rooms. I’d like to see more programmes like this on TV.
