Moors and Mac a double delight
Castleford 44 Huddersfield 12
BACK-ROWERS Junior Moors and Mike McMeeken helped themselves to a brace of tries each as Castleford kept alive their hopes of a top-two finish.
The Tigers trailed 12-4 early on after Huddersfield struck through Adam O’Brien and Lee Gaskell, with Greg Eden responding.
But they were in front by the break as McMeeken and Moors forcing their way over from close range.
The pair then crossed again in a dominant second-half Castleford performance, with James Clare, Peter Mata’utia and Grant Millington also touching down.
The win moves the Tigers to within one point of Wigan in second place, but they still need to rely on results elsewhere to secure a home semi-final.
