CRISTIANO RONALDO finally scored his first Juventus goals as the Italian champions narrowly overcame Sassuolo 2-1.

The Portugal superstar had gone three games without a goal, but netted five minutes after the break with a tap-in after an error by Gian Marco Ferrari.

Ronaldo then made it two 15 minutes later with a superb finish after a fast break. He said: “I really wanted to score, so I’m happy.”

Juve’s Douglas Costa was sent off late on.
