As Robert begs him to reveal where she is, we see Rebecca in a room with a nurse, who tells her Lachlan’s been arrested and reassures her this will all be over soon, before approaching her with a loaded syringe...

It’s down to Sally that his saucy sibling secret comes out, when she discovers he’s sleeping with them both. Keen to stitch him up for defending Duncan, she tells a furious Leanne and Toyah. Inviting him to the Bistro for some fun, the girls decide it’s payback time.
EASTENDERS BBC1, 8pm
It’s a double-edged sword for the Carters as they hear the news that doctors are going to bring Stuart round. It means he’s still alive, not the best outcome, but it also means he could tell police the truth about who shot him.
However, trusting that psycho to actually do the right thing is probably not the best plan. Summoning brother Halfway to his bedside, he gets ready to reveal who pulled the trigger.
