Let’s go fly a kite, eh Jacob?

I see Mary Poppins Returns is soon to be released in cinemas – revealing what happened to the characters a few decades on.

Casting directors will have required a grown-up Michael Banks – a posh, spoilt boy obsessed with his nanny, prone to cartoonlike fantasy, who becomes responsible for a national financial meltdown.

One question. How come they didn’t choose Jacob Rees-Mogg for the role?

Victoria Beckham’s fashion 6

brand has lost £12million in eight years. I’d like to see how many other small businesses around the country would be allowed to get away with losing £4,000 a day.

It’s time for Victoria to start cutting her cloth (and I suggest she starts with her trouser lengths).
